Abstract
The paper discusses the planning principles for suburban scenic and historic areas in the era of urban renewal,including protection priority,rational utilization,adaptation to local conditions,and people-orientation.Through case studies of the Planning of Huqiu Scenic Area and the Planning of the Eastern Region of Shihu Lake,the paper explores how to achieve the goals of ecological conservation and sustainable development through scientific planning.The paper discusses the importance of conservation and reasonable utilization in the process of urbanization,and emphasizes that the suburban scenic areas should serve as vital pillars for urban ecological civilization and cultural revitalization,ultimately realizing its harmonious coexistence with urban environments.关键词
