The Key Technologies for Quality Control of Prefabricated Component Production Based on Visual Recognition and BIM Technology

Abstract
The prefabricated component production is an important link in the entire lifecycle of the prefabricated buildings,and the production quality affects the final quality of the prefabricated buildings.During the production process of prefabricated components,quality defects such as missing edges and corners,blocked reserved holes,and deviation in component size and embedded part position often occur due to mold deformation,non-standard worker operation,and other issues.This paper provides a new solution for quality control and finished product quality inspection in the production process of prefabricated components based on visual recognition and BIM technology.Through the analysis on experimental results and measured deviation data,it is shown that 3D laser projection technology can quickly locate and verify the key information,such as steel bars,embedded parts,and reserved holes in prefabricated components.3D scanning technology can effectively identify and quantify the size and reserved embedded position deviation of prefabricated components.This integrated technology can provide support for lean manufacturing of prefabricated components,improve the production,quality,and efficiency of prefabricated components,and has broad application prospects and potential in the intelligent manufacturing process of prefabricated buildings.关键词
