Analysis on the Adaptability of Prefabricated Public Rental Housing

Abstract
Public rental housing is an important part of residential buildings.In the current context of rapid urbanization in China,the study on the housing problem of people living in urban public rental housing is an important aspect that should be paid attention.At present,the construction of public rental housing has become the focus of multiple concerns such as urban development and capital demands,and the same is true in the field of planning and architectural design.In recent years,the prefabricated buildings have been supported by robust policies.In the context of the straightforward construction practices of conventional buildings and the market economy,public welfare projects present an ideal platform for the advancement of prefabricated buildings.These projects are primarily concerned with the well-being of the public and are not driven by profit maximization,which aligns well with the inherent strengths of prefabricated buildings.Moreover,the construction quality of public rental housing is pivotal to the policy that promotes both renting and purchasing,and complies with the advantages of prefabricated buildings,such as standardization,high-quality and low pollution.Thus,this paper examines the adaptability of prefabricated buildings with public rental housing from a pragmatic standpoint,aiming to obtain valuable findings.关键词
