Study on the Evaluation on Industrial Land Use Efficiency and the Strategies for Revitalization through"Land-Enterprise"Integration:A Case of City A in the Pearl River Delta and City B in Northern Guangdong

Abstract
In the past,China's"land-based development"model has revealed drawbacks such as inefficient resource utilization and uncontrolled urban sprawl.To enhance the efficiency of industrial land utilization,it is necessary to study the industrial land utilization efficiency and to explore the paths for improving the quality and efficiency of industrial land.This paper takes city A in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province and city B in Northern Guangdong as the research areas.By linking"land-enterprise",a dataset of industrial land supply that includes enterprise operation information is formed.On this basis,the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)and Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)are used to evaluate the efficiency of industrial land and to analyze the driving mechanisms of land parcel efficiency.Subsequently,the paper compares the differences in the efficiency evaluation results and driving mechanism of the two regions.Based on the comparison,the paper proposes differentiated paths for revitalizing inefficient industrial land in the two cities.It aims to provide a decision-making basis for promoting the revitalization of inefficient land.关键词
