Exploration on the Key Points for the Compilation of Urban Safety Resilience Planning in Response to the New Normal
摘要
Abstract
Under the new normal,cities are facing increasing complex,diverse,and uncertain security risks,which require the traditional urban safety planning to adapt and establish a new urban safety resilience planning system.Based on the new situation and new demands faced by urban safety resilience planning in the new era,and building upon the basic elements of urban safety issues,this paper constructs a theoretical model of urban safety resilience planning for urban safety risk sources,which is characterized by"space-facilities-governance".It discusses the key points for the formulation of urban safety resilience planning from different aspects,such as urban safety risk assessment based on multi-source big data,multi-scale urban space connection,multi-type urban facilities adaptation,and full-cycle urban governance response.It aims to provide theoretical support and content reference for the compilation of urban safety resilience planning.关键词
