Research on the Rapid Deployment Technical System of Modular Emergency Command Centers

Abstract
This paper addresses the critical challenges of delayed deployment and limited functional integration in the traditional emergency command centers in the context of the frequent natural disasters in our country,and proposes an innovative modular and mobile design paradigm for such facilities.Through literature review and field interviews,this paper develops the design strategies for modular emergency command centers and completes the corresponding design.The study shows that the modular emergency command center has the best overall performance when choosing the centralized layout for spatial organization,controlling the number of users within 25~30,having the building scale of 40~50 m2,selecting the light frame structure as the support structure,selecting the lightweight steel as the support materials,selecting the adjustable independent foundation as the foundation structure,selecting the light panel structure as the enclosure structure,and selecting the light composite sandwich panel as the enclosure structure materials.The study reveals that the modular emergency command center has three core advantages:rapid deployment,multifunctional integration,and environmental adaptability,which can provide some references for the construction of such buildings.关键词
