考虑接地长度的轮胎圆环建模及其振动参数研究
Research on tire vibration based on a ring model with contact length
摘要
Abstract
Simplifying a tire as a flexible ring is an accurate and efficient method to analyze tire dynamic performance and vehicle dynamic response characteristics.Based on the curved beam theory and the assumption of in-extensional deformation,with a set of vibration displacement equation and a tire sidewall theoretical model,an improved tire flexible ring model considering the influence of contact length characteristics and inflation pressure is established to analyze the radial vibration characteristics of grounded tires.By using genetic algorithm for parameter identification based on the results of modal test of a tire under free boundary condition,the structural parameters required for modeling are obtained.Through comparing the simulation results of tire finite element model,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified in the prediction of the radial natural frequency of tire with different grounding lengths under 180 kPa,225 kPa and 270 kPa in inflation pressure.The improved ring model may be applied in more scenarios compared with the classic tire ring model.关键词
