Latest Research Progress on the Biological Activity and Safety Evaluation of Guangxi Liupao Tea
摘要
Abstract
There is the Ancient Tea Horse Road in the west and the Ancient Tea Boat Road in the east.Guangxi Liupao tea has become one of the main commodities on the Maritime Silk Road through a"Ancient Tea Boat Road"crossing the deep mountains.Compared to green tea,oolong tea and black tea,Liupao tea has received significantly less attention.In recent years,due to the rise of Yunnan Pu'er tea and Hunan Fuzhuan brick tea industries and consumption fever,Guangxi Liupao tea,as the same dark tea category,has also attracted more and more researchers due to its unique quality,and the pharmacological effects of Liupao tea have also been recognized by the public.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress on the pharmacological effects of Liupao tea in the past 10 years,in order to provide theoretical and technical support for the research and industrial development of Liupao tea.关键词
