修剪高度对立体采摘茶树'白叶1号'的花生长及茶产量与品质的影响
Effects of Pruning Height on Flower Growth and Tea Yield and Quality of Three Dimensional Picking Tea Tree Baiye No.1

Abstract
In order to explore the suitable pruning height of imported albino tea variety'Baiye No.1'in Guizhou tea areas,and achieve the purpose of reducing tea flower biomass and increasing the yield and quality of fresh tea leaves.In this study,using tea trees pruned 20 cm from the ground as the control(CK),three treatments were set up:pruning 30 cm from the ground(T1),pruning 40 cm from the ground(T2),pruning 60 cm from the ground(T3),the tea flowers biomass during autumn and winter flowering periods,as well as the yield and quality component content of fresh tea leaves in summer,autumn and the following spring were compared.The results showed that compared with pruning 20 cm from the ground,pruning 40 cm from the ground could reduce tea flower biomass of'Baiye No.1'while improve the yield of fresh tea leaves and tea quality.The biomass of tea flowers decreased by 44.16%,the yield of fresh tea leaves increased by 37.19%in summer and 54.56%in autumn,and the yield of fresh tea leaves increased by no significant difference in spring.The water extract content and free amino acid content of tea leaves pruned at a height of 40 cm from the ground in the following spring were 41.83%and 6.38%,respectively;the water extract content of tea leaves in summer was 42.77%,the free amino acid content was 5.53%and the phenol-ammonia ratio was 1.51;the water extract content of tea leaves in autumn was 45.39%,the free amino acid content was 3.17%,the tea polyphenol content of was 11.93%,and the phenol ammonia ratio was 3.77,all of which were better than those pruned 20 cm above the ground.关键词
