陕西12个茶树品种(系)叶片SPAD、氮素值及光合特性分析
Analysis of Leaf SPAD,Nitrogen Level and Photosynthetic Characteristics of 12 Tea Cultivars in Shaanxi

Abstract
The SPAD and nitrogen values of mature functional leaves of tea trees in that year were measured by chlorophyll analyzer,and the photosynthetic characteristics of the same leaf were measured by CID CI-340 handheld photosynthesis measurement system.The results showed that there were significant differences in SPAD values,nitrogen value,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Int CO2)and transpiration rate(E)among 12 Shaanxi tea cultivars(strains).According to SPAD,the strains'X15-20'and'B15-7'were higher than'Shannxi Tea No.1'and the control'Fuding Dabaicha'(CK),and can be used as key materials when color degree is selected as the breeding target.From the clustering analysis results,the strains'X15-21','B14-2','B14-5',and'DJB'had strong net photosynthetic rate and water utilization rate,which can be used for the breeding of new tea cultivars with high light efficiency and drought resistance targets.关键词
