Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Metarhizium anisopliae in Controlling Locusts in Tea Gardens
摘要
Abstract
Metarhizium anisopliae is a widely distributed insect pathogenic fungus in nature,which can infect various insects and cause their death.In recent years,with the continuous development of biological control technology,Metarhizium anisopliae has been increasingly used in the control of agricultural pests.However,the research on the control effect and mechanisms of Metarhizium anisopliae on tea garden locusts have not been deeply studied.The experiment aims to systematically evaluate the control effect of Metarhizium anisopliae on tea garden locusts through field trials,including its impact on locust mortality rate,population density changes,etc.,providing scientific evidence for green control of tea garden locusts.The experimental results show that Metarhizium anisopliae,as a biological control agent,has the characteristics of high efficiency,low toxicity,and environmental friendliness,not only has significant control effects on tea garden locusts,but also shows friendliness towards non-target organisms and the environment.This experiment can provide new ideas and methods for green control of tea garden locusts and has important implications for exploring green,ecological,environmentally friendly,and sustainable methods for controlling tea garden locusts.关键词
