腰大肌抗阻训练结合针刺治疗脑卒中后偏瘫步态30例
Clinical effect of resistance training of psoas major combined with acupuncture in treatment of post-stroke hemiplegic gait:An analysis of 30 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of resistance training of psoas major combined with acupuncture in improving post-stroke hemiplegic gait.Methods:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given acupuncture alone,and those in the treatment group were given resistance training of psoas major in addition to the treatment in the control group,once a day for 5 days a week.Each course of treatment was 21 days,and the two groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses.The two groups were observed in terms of Func-tional ambulation category(FAC)score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,and activity of daily living(ADL)score before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group[90.00％(27/30)vs76.67％(23/30),P＜0.05].After treat-ment,both groups had improvements in FAC,BBS,FMA,and ADL scores,and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Resistance training of psoas major combined with acupuncture has a synergistic effect in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegic gait and can improve functional ambulation ability,balance ability,motor function,and activities of daily living.关键词
