火针激痛点联合Mulligan动态关节松动术治疗寒湿痹阻型肩周炎33例
Clinical effect of fire needle at trigger points combined with Mulligan mobilization with movement technique in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with cold-damp obstruction:An analysis of 33 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fire needle at trigger points combined with Mulli-gan mobilization with movement technique in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with cold-damp obstruc-tion.Methods:A total of 66 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis with cold-damp obstruction were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group,with 33 patients in each group.The patients in the control group re-ceived Mulligan mobilization with movement technique alone,while those in the treatment group received fire needle at trigger points in addition to the treatment in the control group;both groups were treated once every other day,3 times a week for 4 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score,u-niversity of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)shoulder score,and active range of motion(AROM)of shoulder joint before and after treatment,and clinical outcome was assessed.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[93.9％(31/33)vs78.8％(26/33),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in VAS pain score,UCLA shoulder score,and AROM,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Mulligan mobilization with movement technique alone,its combination with needle at trigger points has a better clinical effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with cold-damp obstruction and thus holds promise for clinical application.关键词
