宋元至明清时期针灸治疗痹证主穴运用规律的可视化研究
A visualization study on the application pattern for main acupoints in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of rheumatism in Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing dynasties

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of main acupoints and the significance of acupoint compatibility in acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of rheumatism in Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing Dynas-ties based on data mining.Methods:The entries of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of rheumatismin Chinese medical classics in Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing Dynasties were summarized,and SPSS 22.0 and Clemen-tine 12.0 were used to perform a statistical analysis of the main acupoints used for the treatment of this disease.Results:A total of 447 entries of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of rheumatism were obtained from the Chinese medical classics in Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing Dynasties,and then 383 effective acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were obtained,involving 137 acupoints in total(including 24 extra ordinary points).The meridians and collaterals involved included the twelve regular meridians,the conception vessel,and the governor vessel,and the highest frequency of use of acupoints was observed in the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang.The total frequency of use of acupoints was 2 971 times,and the top 10 acupoints in terms of frequency of use were Quchi(247 times),Huantiao(203 times),Hegu(198 times),Chize(172 times),Yanglingquan(163 times),Weizhong(161 times),Yangfu(141 times),Geshu(124 times),Tianjing(113 times),and Fengshi(107 times).The combina-tion of Quchi-Huantiao showed the highest frequency of 196 times,and the association rule analysis of acupoints showed that the combination of Quchi-Hegu had a confidence of＞1.The unsupervised hierarchical entropy clustering analysis obtained 6 core acupoint combinations and 3 new acupoint prescriptions for the treatment of rheumatism.Conclusion:A wide range of acupoints are selected for the treatment of rheumatism in the Chinese medi-cal classics in Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing Dynasties,and there are certain rules for acupoint selection.The acupoints of Yang meridians have a higher frequency of use than those of Yin meridians,and there is a focus on the application of specific acupoints,especially five-Shu points in rheumatism.Local acupoint selection,syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection,and acupoint selection along the meridians are the main methods for acupoint selection.关键词
