基于数据挖掘分析史哲新治疗AML化疗后骨髓抑制的用药规律
Medication rule of Shi Zhexin in treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia:A study based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of Professor Shi Zhexin in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia(AML)based on data mining.Methods:Related data were collected from the electronic prescriptions of the first and subsequent visits of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for AML who were treated by Professor Shi from January 2023 to June 2024,and the statistical mining function of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System was used to analyze the pre-scription rule.Results:A total of 142 patients were enrolled,involving 142 prescriptions and 178 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)drugs,with a total frequency of use of 2 537 times.There were 30 TCM drugs with a frequency of use of ≥25 times,and the top 5 drugs in terms of frequency of use were Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinen-sis,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,tangerine peel,and Poria cocos.Most drugs were warm,cold,or neutral in nature and had a sweet,bitter,and pungent taste,and they mainly entered the spleen,lung,liver,stomach,heart,and kidney meridians,with the main functions of tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,promoting hemostasis,regulating Qi,and promoting digestion.A total of 27 association rules and 5 core prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Shi mainly uses the methods of tonifying the kidney to regenerate bone marrow,strengthening vital Qi and detoxica-ting,and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of bone marrow bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for AML,which reflects the concept of"addressing the root cause when treating a disease"and emphasizes the TCM thinking of tonifying and nourishing the spleen and the kidney.关键词
