Evolution logic and theoretical exploration of territorial spatial resilience planning

Abstract
In the global context of intensified climate change and frequent natural disasters,territorial spatial resilience planning,as a key strategy to address environmental uncertainty,has increasingly become a focus of attention for academia and policy makers.In order to accelerate the integration of the territorial spatial resilience planning system,based on literature data from 2000 to 2024,this study systematically reviewed the theoretical evolution and research progress of national spatial resilience planning at home and abroad using bibliometric analysis and knowledge graph construction.It also summarized the practical applications and existing challenges of urban disaster prevention,climate adaptation,and other fields in national spatial resilience planning.Existing research mainly focuses on disaster prevention and control technologies,policy tool development,and spatial planning strategies.However,there is still a lack of forward-looking exploration of emerging risks such as extreme compound disasters and urban system vulnerability evolution,as well as long-term dynamic effects analysis of national spatial resilience planning.The study reveals the core issues and development trends of resilience planning for territorial space in the global research context:shifting from single disaster response to comprehensive disaster reduction system construction,and from emergency response to long-term adaptation and recovery mechanism design.Based on this,this article proposes a resilience governance concept for the new security pattern,advocating the construction of a hierarchical and classified planning system and dynamic feedback mechanism to strengthen the disaster resistance and adaptability of urban systems.At the same time,the research calls for a focus on technological breakthroughs and theoretical breakthroughs in the prevention and control of major risks in national land space,promoting the transformation of territorial space resilience planning from static defense to flexible and intelligent dynamic governance,and providing a resilience construction framework that combines theoretical depth and practical value for the sustainable development of global cities and regions.关键词
