Dynamic mechanical properties and crack propagation law of sandstone under the coupling of freeze-thaw and dynamic load

Abstract
Mine rock slope engineering in alpine regions has always been a research hotspot at home and abroad.Due to the influence of various factors such as freeze-thaw erosion,mining blasting and earthquake,it has caused serious safety hazards and restricted the safe and efficient production of mine resources.In order to further understand the damage and deterioration mechanism of rock mass of mine rock slope under the coupling effect of freeze-thaw and dynamic load,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties and crack propagation law of rock in alpine regions under the coupling effect of freeze-thaw and dynamic load by preparing sandstone samples in mining area,based on freeze-thaw cycle test,split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)test and digital image correlation(DIC)technology.The results are as follows:① The dynamic peak stress and dynamic elastic modulus of sandstone samples gradually decrease with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,and the peak strain gradually increases with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles.At the same time,the slope of the stress-strain curve in the linear elastic stage decreases with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles.② The distribution of Y-direction strain concentration area in sandstone samples under impact load determines the generation and expansion of initial cracks and secondary cracks in the failure process of the samples.At the same time,the displacement cloud diagram and the positive and negative displacement of the monitoring point can determine the location of the crack and the change of the crack length.The research conclusions can provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of disasters such as freeze-thaw and dynamic load in rock mass engineering in alpine regions.关键词
