摘要

Abstract

Objective:This study aims to prepare ionic conductive elastomers(ICEs)with high mechanical strength,good electrical conductivity,self-healing properties,and high transparency through UV photopolymerization,meeting the high performance requirements of flexible electronic devices.Methods:Based on polymerizable deep eutectic solvents(PDES),the material was successfully synthesized using an environmentally friendly and efficient UV photopolymerization method under specific conditions(at a temperature of 25℃,with UV exposure for 2 mins,using photoinitiator 2959).Results:The prepared ICEs in this study exhibitedexceptional mechanical properties(toughness up to 22.66 MJ/m3,surpassingpart of existing materials),good electrical conductivity(conductivity of 1.01 mS/m,meeting the conductivity requirements of electronic devices),notable self-healing properties(toughness recoverable to 4.11 MJ/m3 after 24 hours of self-healing,effectively extending the service life),and high transparency(transmittance exceeding 92%in the visible light range,suitable for transparent electronic devices).When assembled into a flexible strain sensor to monitor human movements,the sensor demonstrated good electrical stability and high sensitivity,enabling rapid response and accurate recording of human motion signals.Conclusion:The prepared ICEs in this study show great application potential in the field of flexible wearable devices,promising to contribute to the reduction of electronic waste and the sustainable development of flexible electronic devices.
