磁共振弥散加权成像联合钼靶乳腺摄影对乳腺良恶性疾病鉴别效果分析
Analysis of the Differential Effect of Diffusion-weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging Combined with Mammography on Benign and Malignant Breast Diseases

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the differential effect of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)combined with mammography on benign and malignant breast diseases.Methods:87 cases of suspected breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were studied.The diagnostic efficacy of mammography,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and combined detection in benign and malignant breast lesions was analyzed with the results of surgical and pathological examination as the gold standard.Results:Among 87 suspected breast cancer patients,25 cases(28.74%)had benign lesions,and 62 cases(71.26%)had malignant lesions.There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy,and specificity of mammography and DWI in benign and malignant breast lesions.The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of mammography combined with DWI in benign and malignant breast lesions were higher than those of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant.The specificity of molybdenum target photography combined with DWI detection was higher than that of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant.The positive and negative predictive values of mammography combined with DWI were higher than those of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The implementation of mammography combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging for patients with breast lesions can provide important basis and reference for clinical differentiation and diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions.关键词
