Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Endometrial Ultrasound MV-Flow Combined with Serum Ovarian Hormones in Predicting the Success Rate of IVF-ET in PCOS Patients

Abstract
Objective:Endometrial ultrasound Microvascular Flow(MV-Flow)was used to detect endometrial blood flow parameters in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)to detect the expression of serum ovarian hormonesandexplore the value of the two combined on the pregnancy outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in PCOS patients.Methods:165 PCOS patients who underwent IVF-ET treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the pregnancy results,they were divided into a successful group(68 cases,41.21%)and a failed group(97 cases,58.78%).Endometrial ultrasound MV-Flow examination was performed using Samsung Madison ultrasonic diagnostic instrument,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum ovarian hormone expression.Results:Compared with the failed group,the number of antral follicles(AFC),number of high-quality embryos,and endometrial thickness in the successful group were greater,and the proportion of patients with a total number of retrieved oocytes≥5 was also higher(P<0.05).The spiral artery parameters pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)and three-dimensional Doppler blood flow parameters vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI),and endometrial microvascular vascularization index(VIMV)of the patients in the successful group were significantly higher than those in the failed group(P<0.05).The expression levels of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the successful group were significantly higher,but theluteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone(LH/FSH)was significantly lower than that in the failed group(P<0.05).Logistic multifactor analysis results showed that the above parameters were all influencing factors of IVF-ET pregnancy failed in PCOS patients(P<0.05).Endometrial ultrasound,AMH,FSH,and LH/FSH had certain predictive value for the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET in PCOS patients,and the joint prediction efficiency was the highest.Conclusion:Endometrial ultrasound MV-Flow combined with serum ovarian hormone detection can significantly improve the prediction accuracy of IVF-ET pregnancy outcomes in PCOS patients,providing an important reference for clinical decision-making.Compared with existing studies,this study further verified the efficacy and clinical value of this combined detection method through more comprehensive parameter evaluation.关键词
