Abstract

Objective:To analyze the accuracy and influencing factors of endoscopic narrow-band light imaging Japan narrow-band imaging expert team(JNET)classification in the diagnosis of early tumor infiltration depth in the large intestine.Methods:This study included 114 patients with early colorectal tumors who visited our hospital from January 2017 to January 2023.Based on postoperative pathological diagnosis,they were divided into a misdiagnosis group(28 cases)and a correct diagnosis group(86 cases).All patients underwent endoscopic narrow-band light imaging before surgery and were evaluated for tumor infiltration depth according to JNET classification,and compared with pathological results.Results:The accuracy of JNET classification diagnosis was 88.60%,which was highly consistent with pathological results(Kappa=0.829,P<0.001).Multivariate analysis showed that tumor size,morphology,physician experience,bowel preparation,and withdrawal time were independent risk factors.Conclusion:Endoscopic narrow-band light imaging JNET classification has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of early tumor infiltration depth in the large intestine,but its accuracy is affected by various factors and needs targeted improvement to improve diagnostic efficiency.
