Prognostic Value of NLR and PCT/ALB Combined with Imaging Characteris-tics in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and procalcitonin/albumin ratio(PCT/ALB)combined with imaging characteristics for the prognosis of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:A total of 165 children with MPP from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a poor prognosis group and a good prognosis group based on their prognosis after 28 days of treatment.Clinical data of the children were collected, and risk factors affecting prognosis were analyzed.Additionally,NLR,PCT/ALB and CT imaging characteristics were measured.Logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to evaluate the predictive value of each indicator for prognosis. Results:The poor prognosis group showed significant differences from the good prognosis group in terms of fever duration, disease severity,NLR,PCT/ALB,lobar pneumonia consolidation and bronchial wall thickening.Logistic analysis revealed that disease severity,NLR,PCT/ALB,lobar pneumonia consolidation and bronchial wall thickening were independent risk factors affecting prognosis.ROC curve analysis indicated that the area under the curve(AUC)of NLR and PCT/ALB combined with imaging characteristics for predicting prognosis was significantly higher than that of any single indicator.Conclusion:NLR,PCT/ALB combined with imaging characteristics can accurately predict the prognosis of children with MPP,providing valuable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
