Abstract
In asphalt modification,styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)copolymer is widely used.However,the impact of SBS's structural features and block ratios on asphalt performance is often overlooked.This study evaluated the properties of SBS-modified asphalt with varying structures and block ratios.Dynamic shear rheology(DSR)tests revealed that styrene(PS)blocks significantly improve asphalt's high-temperature stability,with star-shaped SBS demonstrating superior performance in high-temperature environments.Low-temperature bending beam rheology(BBR)tests indicated that butadiene(PB)blocks enhance asphalt's low-temperature properties,and linear SBS effectively boosts its resistance to low-temperature cracking.Contact angle measurements suggested that star-shaped SBS with higher styrene content improves asphalt-aggregate adhesion.Fluorescence microscopy further confirmed that linear SBS with lower styrene content exhibits better compatibility with asphalt.关键词
