低压混合式直流断路器开断特性研究
Research on Interruption Characteristics of Low Voltage Hybrid DC Circuit Breaker

Abstract
The introduction of a large number of renewable clean energy in power system not only facilitates efficient utilization of electric energy,but also imposes new requirements on DC circuit breakers for system control and protec-tion.Particularly in the field of photovoltaic power generation the increase of voltage levels of photovoltaic systems causes to DC circuit breaker to withstand higher voltage(>1 500 V),and the emergence of hybrid DC circuit breaker has addressed the issue of hard interruption at high voltage.The fast response of IGBT in the hybrid DC circuit break-er has provided the foundation for rapid DC interruption.Meanwhile,the DC miniature circuit breaker,functioning as a mechanical switch,can quickly raises the arc voltage to the conduction voltage of the IGBT during the breaking pro-cess to achieve commutation.After verifying the rapid interruption advantage of the hybrid DC circuit breaker in the DC 1 000 V system,the interruption performance of the hybrid DC circuit breaker is simulated and predicted in the DC 1 500 V system and,after the comparison of the arc energy,the interruption advantage of the hybrid DC circuit breaker is reflected further.The research of the hybrid DC circuit breaker has provided idea for both control and pro-tection of low voltage system.关键词
