Research on New Polyurethane Composite Thermal Insulation Materials for Construction
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively reduce building energy consumption and improve the flame retardancy and aging resistance of traditional polyurethane materials,a new type of polyurethane composite insulation material was developed using modified ammonium polyphosphate G-APP as a flame retardant,and its mechanical properties,thermal insulation properties,flame retardancy,and aging resistance were evaluated.The results showed that when the mass fraction of modified ammonium polyphosphate G-APP was 8%,the tensile strength,elongation at break,and bending strength of the new polyurethane composite insulation material could reach 60.42 MPa,7.28%,and 7.26 MPa,respectively.The thermal conductivity was 0.0205 W/(m·K),and the ultimate oxygen index was 27.6%.It has good mechanical properties,thermal insulation properties,and flame retardant properties.In addition,the new polyurethane composite insulation material also has good aging resistance.After aging at 80℃for 250 days,it can still maintain high tensile strength,fracture elongation,and bending strength,and maintain low thermal conductivity.The research results indicate that the comprehensive performance of the new polyurethane composite insulation material is relatively good,which can meet the performance requirements of building construction for insulation materials.关键词
