Abstract
Civil aircraft exterior painting can enhance the brand value of airlines and passenger satisfaction.With the increasing demand of airlines for aircraft exterior decoration,civil aircraft exterior painting tends to be colorfully sprayed to achieve the advertising effect of airlines.Civil aircraft exterior painting construction need to use the first tape masking and then in a specific area of the decorative coating process,repeated masking and painting operations,until the whole aircraft painting is completed.The implementation of these processes need to consume a lot of time.In addition,the current aircraft exterior painting is mainly based on manual spray gun spraying,which is prone to overspray and low paint utilization.Inkjet printing technology has attracted much attention in the industry due to its high efficiency,environmental protection and the ability to print complex patterns.This paper studies the inkjet printing technology for civil aircraft exterior painting,discusses the definition and classification of inkjet printing technology,the physical and chemical properties of ink,and the current research status in the field of civil aircraft.Finally,it combines inkjet printing technology with the current civil aircraft external coating material selection program to provide the designer with information about the best external coating material.关键词
