Dynamic Analysis on Key Parts of SF6 High-voltage Circuit Breaker Based on Impact Load

Abstract
During the operation of high-voltage circuit breaker,such parts as link plate in the transmission mecha-nism can generate deformation and breakage due to the impact of strong shock loads.To address this issue and in re-sponse to the situation where circuit breaker is affected by impact force during the opening and closing process,a im-pact dynamic model of high voltage circuit breaker is set up so to analyze its dynamic response under the shocking load and calculate the fatigue life of key parts.Firstly,the variation of pressure in the puffer compartment in the open-ing process is analyzed through airflow field simulation.Then,a kinematic model is set up to calculate the dynamic characteristics of the high voltage circuit breaker.The dynamic model of the high voltage circuit breaker is set up in accordance with the load reaction force of the puffer compartment and the load force of the circuit breaker to perform the numerical simulation calculation of the stress of the key parts under the action of shock force.Based on the calcu-lation result of the impact dynamics,the fatigue life analysis model of the high voltage circuit breaker is set up to per-form the fatigue life analysis of the critical vulnerable parts.The the comparison error between the fatigue life calcula-tion result and the experimental result is 10.9%,which meets practical engineering requirement.Finally,a structural parameter sensitivity analysis is conducted for the key parts based on the impact dynamics calculation results.The re-search results show that the maximum stress of parts after optimization is reduced by 21.5%,which effectively pre-vents such issues as deformation and breakage due to excessive stress.The impact dynamics calculation model and fatigue life calculation model proposed in this study provide important references for the design optimization of high voltage circuit breaker.关键词
