Abstract

The objective of this study was to screen the differentially expressed genes and related metabolic pathways in the core of Arabidopsis thaliana under low temperature stress.The chip dataset related to low temperature stress in Arabidopsis thaliana was retrieved in the GEO database,and the GEO2R tool in GEO was used to screen the differentially expressed genes,and then the GO enrichment and KEGG enrichment annotations were performed on the selected differentially expressed genes by using the DAVID database,and then the protein-protein interaction network diagram was constructed by combining the STRING database with the differentially expressed genes.The results showed that 788 differentially expressed genes were screened out by identifying GSM2844128,GSM2844129,GSM2844132 and GSM2844133 samples in the chip GSE106635,of which 491 were up-regulated and 297 were down-regulated.DAVID online functional enrichment analysis showed that low temperature stress had a significant effect on protein kinase activity and protein binding in Arabidopsis.The core differentially expressed genes that played a key role in low temperature stress,such as CCA1,LHY,LTI78,COR15A,SUS1,COR47,PRR5,GI,ABA1 and LEA14,were excavated.
