Abstract
The mechanical and electrical performance of insulation part affects long-term operation reliability of high-voltage switchgear in transmission and distribution.Reducing the internal stress generated during the manufacturing process of insulation part plays a key role in improving the operation quality of product.In this paper,the thermal stress generated during the cooling process of 126 kV insulating spacer after curing is taken as the main analysis sub-ject.Based on the heat transfer analysis method of Fourier's law,the thermal stress distribution of insulating spacer after cooling is analyzed through the heat dissipation method of convective heat transfer.The overall stress distribu-tion is uniform,and the stress at the junction of epoxy resin and metal inserts is relatively high due to the mismatch of thermal expansion coefficients between epoxy resin and metal inserts.Two different cooling methods are used to cool the insulating spacer,analyze the stress variation and verify accuracy of simulation results through mechanical stress detection.Based on simulation and practical research results,the temperature impact of the insulating spacer with the production process of cooling down with the curing furnace after the adoption of casting curing is smaller than that under the normal temperature,the stress distribution is perfect and the application in the production is good.关键词
