抗稻瘟病杂交稻旱优786的特征特性与稻瘟病抗性基因分析
Analysis on Rice Blast Resistance Genes and Characteristics of Blast Resistance Hybrid Rice Hanyou 786

Abstract
[Objective]The blast resistant gene source of hybrid rice was explored to provide the germplasm foundation for breeding blast resistant rice varieties.[Method]Taking blast resistant hybrid rice Hanyou 786 as the research object,the characteristics of Hanyou 786 were comprehensively evaluated based on the regional trial data.The resistance of Hanyou 786 to rice blast was identified and analyzed in 6 provinces of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and the fluorescent molecular markers of 16 blast resistance genes of its male parent Hanhui 786 and female parent Huhan 7A were detected.[Result]In the regional test of late-maturing medium rice varieties in Hubei Province,the yield of Hanyou 786 was 717.04 kg/667m2 and 657.53 kg/667m2 respectively in 2020 and 2021.Compared with the control variety Fengliangyou No.4,the yield of Hanyou 786 increased by 7.52%and 4.21%,respectively,and the average increment was up to 5.91%.The brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head milled rice rate,chalkiness rate,chalkiness degree,amylose content and gel consistency was respectively 80.7%,71.2%,60.7%,20.0%,4.9%,16.2%and 77 mm.The rice quality reached the grade three high-quality rice of Cooking Rice Variety Quality(NY/T 593-2013)in agricultural industry standard.Hanyou 786 showed moderate resistant to rice blast.Hanyou 786 contained 2 homozygous genes of rice blast resistance(Pib and Pi54)and 8 heterozygous genes(Pi2,Pita,Pi5,Pit,Pi46,Pi33,Pi41 and Pid2).The male parent contained 7 homozygous genes of rice blast resistance(Pi2,Pita,Pi5,Pit,Pib,Pi54 and Pid2),and the female parent contained 5 homozygous genes(Pib,Pi54,Pi46,Pi33 and Pi41),among which Pib and Pi54 were blast resistance genes shared by both parents.[Conclusion]Hanyou 786 has good yield,wide adaptability and strong stress resistance,which can be popularized and applied as a high quality variety with resistant to rice blast.关键词
