摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of urbanization and agricultural intensification,the coordination between ecological protection red line and basic farmland in water networks construction of Lu'an City has become increasingly prominent.Through GIS spatial analysis,field investigation and policy analysis,this study deeply explored the spatial distribution characteristics,identification of overlapping areas,and potential conflicts and their causes of ecological protection red line and basic farmland in the construction of water networks in Lu'an City.The study emphasizes the significance of maintaining ecological flow,protecting water quality and considering climate change adaptability during the construction of water networks.At the same time,it puts forward the solutions such as improving regulations and policies,coordinating planning,enhancing public participation,and applying technical means to achieve the coordinated development of ecological protection and land utilization.The research not only provides reference for the construction of water networks and ecological protection in Lu'an City and similar regions,but also provides scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
