摘要
Abstract
The implementation of comprehensive river regulation projects has important practical significance for ensuring the stability of river regime, enhancing the flood control capacity along the banks, and protecting the ecological environment of river reaches.Taking the Beisha River Basin in Benxi City as the research object, four different river sections were subdivided to summarize the current situation and existing problems in river flood control, analyze the necessity of comprehensive management, and propose project management measures such as consolidating and upgrading the existing engineering works, building new revetments, and clearing the obstructions in the river channel. The study area is divided into two engineering sections from the downstream to upstream with the Xigaopu Bridge as the boundary, namely, the consolidation and improvement section of the existing engineering and the new revetment section. The new revetment section is located from the Xigaopu Bridge to the Sanlv Elderly Apartment, and the main revetment is built with gabion for foot protection and green geotextile mattresses for slope protection. The practical evidence shows that the regulation strategy has effectively enhanced the flood control capacity of the river section in the study area, improved the flood control system of the river section, and ensured the safety of the surrounding areas. The research results can provide reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of urban river floods.关键词
