松嫩平原退化草地土壤养分特征与质量综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation on Soil Nutrient Characteristics and Quality of Degraded Grasslands in Songnen Plain

Abstract
[Objective]The soil nutrient characteristics of grasslands with different degrees of degradation were discussed in the Songnen Plain and the soil quality was evaluated to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the restoration of degraded grasslands.[Method]Taking the grassland of Songnen Plain with light degradation(LD),moderate degradation(MD)and severe degradation(SD)as the research object,the soil organic matter(SOM),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP)and ecological stoichiometric ratios were analyzed,and soil quality was comprehensively evaluated by method of Nemerow Index.[Result]With increasing grassland degradation and soil depth,the contents of SOM,TN,TP,and AN significantly decreased or decreased.Specifically,compared with LD plots,the SOM,TN,TP,and AN contents in MD and SD plots decreased by 39.12%,32.34%,7.81%,38.12%and by 50.20%,62.00%,15.62%,and 41.22%,respectively,at the 0-10 cm(containing 10 cm,the same below)soil layer;by 22.33%,47.11%,8.54%,21.77%and by 50.43%,59.78%,7.09%,and 30.15%,respectively,at the 10-20 cm(containing 20 cm,the same below)soil layer;by 29.80%,53.40%,14.64%,53.27%and by 57.63%,59.09%,27.01%,and 64.76%,respectively,at the 20-30 cm(containing 30 cm,the same below)soil layer.The soil AP content generally showed a significant increasing trend with grassland degradation.Specifically,compared with LD plots,the AP content in MD and SD plots increased by 112.12%and 769.00%at the 0-10 cm soil layer,by 162.06%and 1 280.42%at the 10-20 cm soil layer,and by 333.18%and 1 452.50%at the 20-30 cm soil layer,respectively.The variation in soil ecological stoichiometric ratios was inconsistent.The C/N ratios in LD,MD and SD grassland soils were 2.31-2.68,2.42-3.55 and 2.43-3.52,respectively.The C/P ratios were 33.11-39.15,29.72-33.16,and 28.20-33.35,respectively.The N/P ratios were 14.32-14.64,8.44-13.78,and 9.53-11.63,respectively.The comprehensive evaluation of soil quality showed LD(1.43)>MD(1.08)>SD(1.05).[Conclusion]The soil condition of the grassland in Songnen Plain is relatively poor.With different degree of degradation and soil depth,SOM,TN,TP and AN contents in soil all decreased,while AP content increased obviously.TP is the limiting factor,indicating that scientific and effective measures are urgently needed to restore the degraded grassland.关键词
