摘要

Abstract

The intensification of global climate change and frequent occurrence of drought disasters poses a serious threat to agricultural production,water resources management and ecological environment.The traditional drought monitoring and prediction methods have problems such as poor timeliness and insufficient accuracy,making them unable to meet the demands of modern disaster prevention and mitigation.This article integrates remote sensing monitoring technology with ground soil moisture data,and utilizes digital twin technology to construct a virtual-real interactive drought prediction management system from the aspects of prediction,forecast,early warning and rehearsal.Thus,it enables comprehensive,multi-scale,and real-time precise monitoring and prediction of drought conditions.
