Control Efficacy of Adding Biocontrol Microbial Agents in Organic Fertilizers to Tobacco Bacterial Wilt Disease in Field

Abstract
[Objective]The field efficacy of organic fertilizer combined with biocontrol microbial agents against tobacco bacterial wilt was investigated to provide a reference for green prevention and control strategies.[Method]Using conventional field agronomic practices as CK,organic fertilizer enriched with biocontrol microbial agents(195 kg/667m2 organic fertilizer,5.5 kg/667m2 biocontrol microbial agents)was applied as a base fertilizer.Additionally,biocontrol microbial agents(700 g/667m2)were incorporated into the rooting water during tobacco seedling transplantation to assess their impact on soil physiochemical properties,tobacco plant growth and control of tobacco bacterial wilt.[Result]Adding biocontrol microbial agents to organic fertilizer caneffectively promote the absorption and utilization of organic matter,nitrogen and potassium of tobacco plants.During the resettling stage,the contents of soil organic matter and total nitrogen in the treatment group decreased by 12.29 g/kg and 0.48 g/kg respectively compared with the control group.During the harvest period,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and total potassium in the treatment group decreased by 2.69 g/kg,0.67 g/kg and 7.55 g/kg respectively.Adding biocontrol microbial agents to organic fertilizer can improve soil pH,and promote tobacco growth.Compared with CK,the plant height,stem circumference,the number of effective leaves and maximum leaf area of the treatment group were significantly increased by 84.96%,7.92%,18.42%and 45.00%respectively,and the leaf area coefficient was significantly increased by 51.47%.The fresh weight of root system increased significantly by 52.78%during the harvesting period.At the early stage of tobacco bacterial wilt,the relative control effect of the treatment group was 40.00%.In the middle and late stage of the disease,the incidence and disease index of the treatment group were reduced by 10.00 percentage points and 14.45 respectively compared with the control group.[Conclusion]The organic fertilizer enriched with biocontrol microbial agents not only improves soil quality and stimulates the growth of both the aboveground and underground parts of tobacco,but also effectively prevents and controls tobacco bacterial wilt.Therefore,it is worth promoting in tobacco production.关键词
