3种水产消毒剂对金边鲤幼鱼的急性毒性
Acute Toxicity of Three Disinfectants to Juvenile Cyprinus carpio var.jinbian

Abstract
[Objective]The tolerance of juvenile Cyprinus carpio var.jinbian to commonly used aquaculture disinfectants was determined to provide a basis for safe application during breeding and cultivation.[Method]A static aquatic acute toxicity test was conducted under conditions of water temperature(23±0.5)℃,pH(7.42±0.31),and dissolved oxygen>5 mg/L.The acute toxic effects of three disinfectants of potassium permanganate(KMnO4),povidone-iodine(PVP-I)and bromochlorodimethylhydantoin(BCDMH)on juvenile C.carpio var.jinbian were evaluated.[Result]Full mortality(100%)occurred at concentrations of 6.00 mg/L KMnO4,40.00 mg/L PVP-I,and 10.00 mg/L BCDMH within 24 h.No significant mortality was observed at concentrations ≤1.73 mg/L KMnO4,≤15.87 mg/L PVP-I,and ≤2.15 mg/L BCDMH within 96 h.Under the same survival duration,concentration followed as PVP-I>BCDMH>KMnO4.Median lethal concentrations at 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h followed as PVP-I>BCDMH>KMnO4.96 h LC50 of PVP-I,BCDMH and KMnO4 was 20.92 mg/L,4.62 mg/L and 1.96 mg/L,respectively,and safe concentrations were 2.09 mg/L,0.46 mg/L and 0.20 mg/L.The toxicity to juvenile C.carpio var.jinbian ranked KMnO4>BCDMH>PVP-I.[Conclusion]Combined with toxic substance classification criteria,KMnO4 and BCDMH are moderately toxic,while PVP-I is low-toxicity.PVP-I is the most suitable disinfectant for juvenile C.carpio var.jinbian.关键词
