摘要
Abstract
Polyethylene(PE)is the most widely used synthetic polymer.However,current waste PE treatment primarily relies on incineration,landfilling and mechanical recycling,and chemical recycling technologies represented by pyrolysis and degradation urgently require further development.In this paper,the research progress of chemical recycling technologies for waste PE is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies are summarized.After analyzing the application and challenges of existing technologies,this paper points out that future research directions can be concluded as follows:Recycling processes and catalysts suitable for mixed plastics should be developed;the control of target products needs to be enhanced;the construction of industrial facilities for waste PE continuous recycling should be accelerated;and new tandem processes which combine multiple chemical recycling methods should be developed.关键词
