Primary functional microbial communities in electric desalination wastewater treatment system

Abstract
Meta-omics analysis technology were employed to study the microbial community characteristics in electric desalination wastewater treatment system of two petrochemical enterprises,to identified the primary functional microbial community,and to reveal the abundance and expression of primary functional genes.In the integrated bioreactor(IBR)system,six functional bacteria with the highest relative abundance proportion are Immundisolibacter cernigliae、Rugosibacter aromaticivorans、Nitrospira moscoviensis、Candidatus Nitrospira inopinata、Thauera sp.MZ1T and Nitrospira japonica,with active gene expression.In IBR,the main denitrification pathways are nitrification and denitrification.In the A/O unit,six functional bacteria with the highest relative abundance proportion are Sulfuritatus calidifontis、Immundisolibacter cernigliae、Anaerolinea thermophila、Thauera sp.MZ1T、Ottowia sp.27C and Ignavibacterium album.The phosphorus-removal function microbial,Defluviococcus vanus,is low in relative abundance but actively expressed.In the A/O unit,the nitrifying functional microbial is low in proportion and weak in nitrification.Influenced by inlet water quality and operating conditions,the nitrification function is significant in IBR,while the sulfur oxidation function is significant in A/O unit.关键词
