镧改性凹凸棒土钝化剂对干旱区河道沉积物中氮磷赋存形态的影响
Effects of lanthanum-modified attapulgite on nitrogen and phosphorus forms in river sediments from arid areas

Abstract
To investigate the control effect of lanthanum-modified attapulgite passivator on the release of endogenous pollutants nitrogen and phosphorus in river sediments in arid areas.This study focused on the damaged sediment at the end of the Shuimo River in the surrounding area of Urumqi.In situ passivation restoration experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of lanthanum modified attapulgite on the forms and contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediment and interstitial water.The results showed that after the application of the passivator,the weakly bound phosphorus(Labile-P),redox-sensitive phosphorus(BD-P),and alkali-soluble organic phosphorus(NaOH-nrP)in the sediments were gradually transformed into residual phosphorus(Res-P),and the major forms of transformable nitrogen(TTN)changed from strongly oxidant-extracted nitrogen(SOEF-N)to strongly alkali-extracted nitrogen(SAEF-N).In comparison with the control group,dissolved phosphate(SRP),NH4+-N and NO3--N in the interstitial water of the river sediment decreased by 76.48%,84.73%,and 94.16%,respectively,after the application of the passivator.The removal of sediment biologically active phosphorus(BAP)could reach more than 96.80%after 40 d of passivator application,and the removal rate of TTN reached 29.62%after 70 d.The removal rate of TTN and BAP in the water body was also reduced by 29.62%after 70 d of application.TP,sediment TN and TP in the water body are the main factors influencing the nitrogen and phosphorus forms and content of river sediments.TTN and TN in sediments were significantly positively correlated(P<0.01);BAP content in sediments was significantly positively correlated(P<0.01)with TP in water and sediments,and negatively correlated(P<0.05)with sediment pH.The lanthanum-modified attapulgite was effective in removing bioactive phosphorus from river sediments in the arid zone of Northwest China,and it could reduce the release of nitrogen and phosphorus from river sediments to the water in a short period of time.These findings can provide references for the application of lanthanum-modified attapulgite passivator in the management of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution of river sediments in the arid zone of Northwest China.关键词
