板式热交换器制造过程中碳足迹的研究
Carbon footprint study of plate heat exchanger manufacturing process

Abstract
Based on the requirements and guidelines for quantifying the carbon footprint of products,and using the life cycle assessment method,a carbon footprint accounting framework for plate heat exchangers was developed.The carbon footprints of different models and sizes of plate heat exchangers were then calculated for each stage of the production life cycle.The results show that the carbon emissions for the four models of plate heat exchangers,A,B,C,and D,across the entire production life cycle are 1.073 1,3.910 8,6.500 1,and 29.218 4 t CO2e,respectively.The increase in the heat transfer area of the plates closely corresponds to the increase in carbon emission,making it an important factor influencing overall emission.In addition,the size of the heat exchanger is positively correlated with its carbon emissions.The model D,with the largest size,has carbon emissions about 27 times higher than that of the A model,which is the smallest.Moreover,the carbon emissions from the material acquisition stage for models A,B,C,and D account for 95.00%,98.61%,98.83%,and 98.73%of the total carbon emissions in the production lifecycle,respectively.Material consumption is thus the primary source of carbon emissions in the manufacturing process of plate heat exchangers.关键词
