Abstract
The on-site monitoring data of particulate matter concentration in the flue gas of the catalytic cracking unit of a certain refining and chemical enterprise has a large gap compared with the online monitoring data.Therefore,the reasons for the deviation of manual monitoring of particulate matter in the catalytic cracking flue gas were analyzed.It was pointed out that the SO3 that is difficult to remove in the regenerative flue gas of catalytic cracking formed sulfate aerosols with NH4+,Na+,etc.,resulting in a significant increase in the mass fraction of condensable particulate matter.In response to the above problems,the existing catalytic cracking flue gas desulfurization process was applied,and measures such as reducing the sulfur content in raw materials,optimizing the operation of the regeneration and denitrification systems,using sulfur transfer additives,refining the flue gas desulfurization process,and optimizing manual sampling were proposed to reduce the deviation between manually monitored and online-monitored particulate matter concentrations,thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of on-site monitoring of industrial flue gas particulate matter.关键词
