摘要
Abstract
The water washing-biofilter process was used to treat dust-laden exhaust waste gases from the tobacco primary processing at a tobacco company in Fujian. In this paper, the process design and operation were introduced, the removal efficiency of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),odor concentration, and non-methane total hydrocarbons(NMTHC)in the waste gases during different seasons were examined, and the removal of primary odor components in the waste gases was analyzed.Besides, the techno-economic analysis was conducted on the process. The results show that under the conditions of an airflow rate of 10 000 m3/h,a VOCs volume fraction of(20-25)×10-6,an odor concentration of 800-1 000,and an NMTHC mass concentration of 500-700 mg/m3,the annual average removal rates of VOCs,odor concentration, and NMTHC in the treated waste gas are 66.5%,67.2%,and 93.5%,respectively.The annual average odor concentration is 276.5,far below the emission requirements specified in the GB 14554-1993.After treatment, the mass concentrations of the primary odor components in the waste gas,3-pentanone and phthalic acid, were reduced to 0.04 mg/m³ and 0.03 mg/m3,with removal rates of 92.6%and 93.8%,respectively.The process is easy to operate and stable in performance, with a treatment cost of approximately 14 yuan per 10 000 m3 of waste gases.关键词
