摘要
Abstract
The defense against flood exceeding design standard due to extraordinary storm has always been the top priority in flood control,Based on the existing water conservancy engineering and physical geography of Zhaopingtai Reservoir on Shahe River,the extraordinary storm flood that occurred in Henan in July 2021 is transpositioned to the upstream basin of Zhaopingtai Reservoir and the average areal precipitation in the upstream basin of Zhaopingtai Reservoir is calculated.The maximum flood in the basin and the maximum inflow of Zhaopingtai Reservoir are calculated by using the China Flood Forecasting System,and the simulation experiment and analysis of the flood process and outflow of Zhaopingtai Reservoir is conducted,to provide reference for regulation of flood exceeding the design standard of the reservoir.关键词
