Abstract
In order to promote the ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,implement the construction plan of the Digital Twin Yellow River,and enhance the capabilities of forecasting,early warning,rehearsal and contingency planning,as well as build a smart hydrology system,the pilot project of digital twin was carried out in the beach land between the Yihe River and Luohe River in 2023.By using advanced technical means such as drone remote sensing oblique photography,airborne LiDAR mapping,and unmanned vessel underwater topography mapping,three-dimensional spatial data were collected to generate digital elevation model(DEM),digital orthophoto maps(DOM),digital surface model(DSM),and other data results,and then digital twin base plate data were constructed.Through the visualization support platform,the automatic integration of data of different resolution and different spacial sizes,and different types of business data were achieved.By applying data intelligent analysis and pattern mining technologies,the patterns from the massive hydrological monitoring data were analyzed.Based on the hydrological-hydrodynamic model algorithm the"four prediction"capabilities for flood control and disaster reduction were constructed.关键词
