淹水胁迫对'豫济'山桐子生长及生理的影响
Effects of flooding stress on growth and physiology of'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa Maxim

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the response mechanism of 2 a-grown'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa under different inundation stresses,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the water control of'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa and the planting of suitable trees in suitable locations.[Method]Three treatments were set up:CK(control,75%relative soil water content),W1(waterlogged stress,100%relative soil water content),and W2(waterlogged stress,the water surface was not over the soil surface of the potted seedlings for 2-3 cm).Growth morphology and physiological indexes of'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa seedling under different flooding treatments were determined.[Result]During the 10 d flooding stress period,all the seedlings of'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa seedling survived under the waterlogging(W1)treatment,with a small number of seedlings mildly wilted.The biomass of roots,stems and leaves showed no significantly difference from that of CK,and photosynthesis was strengthened.The leaf osmoregulatory substances was basically the same as that of CK throughout the whole experimental period,and only the endogenous hormones,IAA,were significantly higher than that of CK during the same time period.Seedlings in the waterlogged(W2)treatment were severely damaged.The root,stem and leaf biomass were all significantly lower than that of CK,and photosynthesis was weakened.Leaf osmoregulatory substances and endogenous hormones increased and then decreased,and root mor-phology indexes gradually decreased with the increase of the test time.[Conclusion]'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa is tolerant to flooding stress,and can grow normally under waterlogging stress,but its survive is limited to approximately 7 d under more severe flooding.With the extension of stress time,the adver-sity coping strategy of'Yuji'Idesia polycarpa is expressed as increasing SS and Pro to regulate the osmoregulation system and maintain the water balance in the plant,and the accumulation of large amounts of ABA and the weakening of photosynthesis are used to slow down the growth and prolong the survival time of the plant.关键词
