桂花辐射诱变种质综合评价
Comprehensive evaluation of radiation-induced mutagenized germplasm in Osmanthus fragrans

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to screen Osmanthus fragrans germplasm resources with orna-mental value,enrich Osmanthus germplasm resources,and promote the progress of Osmanthus bree-ding.[Method]A total of 81 radiation-induced Osmanthus fragrans grafted seedlings were selected as samples.Fifteen indicators related to ornamental characteristics,such as leaf shape,leaf color,and leaf texture,were observed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey relational analysis(GRA)were used to comprehensively evaluate the ornamental value of each sample.[Result]A com-prehensive evaluation system for ornamental traits of Osmanthus fragrans was established,including three constraint layers and 15 indicator layers.The weight ranged from 0.006 to 0.286,with quality traits having the highest weight in the constraint layer,and leaf texture having the highest weight in the indicator layer.Based on the comprehensive scores of the 81 radiation-induced Osmanthus germ-plasms,they were classified into five categories.Category Ⅰ had a score higher than 3.5,consisting of 2 germplasms,S-RXG23032405-30-4 and D-ZYH23032404-30-3.Category Ⅱ had a score ranging from 3.0 to 3.5,with 22 germplasms.Category Ⅲ had a score ranging from 2.5 to 3.0,with 30 germ-plasms.Category Ⅳ had a score ranging from 2.0 to 2.5,with 23 germplasms.Category Ⅴ had a score lower than 2.0,with 4 germplasms.Based on the weights derived from AHP,23 germplasms with a weighted grey correlation degree>0.55 were selected through GRA,which were generally con-sistent with the germplasms that reached categories Ⅰ and Ⅱ in AHP.[Conclusion]The integrated application of AHP and grey relational analysis successfully identified two germplasms,S-RXG23032405-30-4 and D-ZYH23032404-30-3,with high potential ornamental value,thereby advancing the breeding process of Osmanthus fragrans.关键词
