Abstract
Multi-scene video fusion is an important requirement for seismic departments in earthquake emergency response.In the past,due to the numerous types of video systems,inconsistent technical protocols,and dispersed application scenarios,it was difficult to achieve unified application and management.This paper introduced the technical design and practical application of Henan Earthquake Agency using multimedia soft switching,microservices,and other technologies to integrate video resources such as cloud video conferencing,multi-brand video terminals,seismic station operation and maintenance,security monitoring,emergency UAV and video resources.It has good reference significance for earthquake emergency responses and daily collaborative work.关键词
