Preparation and Performance Study of Fluorosilicon Nanocomposite Insulation Coating for High Voltage Transmission Lines

Abstract
Outdoor transmission lines are frequently subjected to harsh weather conditions and external mechanical stresses,which can compromise wire insulation integrity and elevate the risk of current leakage.In this study,a room-temperature curable nanocomposite insulation coating was developed using a fluorosilicone resin and isocyanate as the matrix,reinforced with titanium dioxide(TiO2)and aluminum oxide(Al2O3)nanoparticles as functional fillers.Experimental results demonstrate that the incorporation of these metal oxide nanoparticles significantly enhances the coating's hydrophobicity,tensile strength,electrical insulation performance,and thermal stability.Notably,the optimal performance was achieved with a TiO2/Al2O3 mass ratio of 2:3,yielding a tensile strength of 1.6 MPa and a dielectric strength of 64.7 kV·mm-1.This nanocomposite coating exhibits promising potential for widespread application in the insulation protection of high-voltage transmission lines.关键词
