Preparation and Research of PTFE/POM Composite Materials
摘要
Abstract
Through research,it has been found that polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and polyformaldehyde(POM)can be mixed and melted to prepare wear-resistant polyoxymethylene composite materials.These composite materials have high wear resistance,mechanical properties,and better crystallization performance.Among these composite materials,PTFE5 has the best wear resistance and mechanical properties,with a friction coefficient of 0.18,tensile strength of 55.7 MPa,bending strength of 73.6 MPa,and impact strength of 5.8 kJ/m2.PTFE5 composite material can better meet the needs of users.关键词
