中医定向透药疗法联合加压冷疗对气虚血瘀型老年髋关节置换术后患者失血的疗效观察
The effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional transdermal therapy combined with pressurized cold therapy on blood loss in elderly patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type after hip arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)directional transdermal therapy com-bined with pressurized cold therapy on blood loss in elderly patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type after hip arthro-plasty.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,60 elderly patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who underwent hip arthroplasty in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Ningbo Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected.According to the random num-ber table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care and pressurized cold therapy,and the observation group received TCM directional trans-dermal therapy on this basis.The changes in indicators related to blood loss,hemoglobin,hematocrit,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were observed.Results The obvious blood loss of the observation group was(372.00±81.43)mL,the hidden blood loss was(443.00±69.09)mL,the postoperative drainage volume was(214.00±39.36)mL,and the total blood loss was(818.33±145.18)mL,which were respectively lower than those of the control group[(479.33±66.12)mL,(671.67±94.91)mL,(262.67±41.43)mL,(1 151.00±145.21)mL],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences in the time effect,inter-group effect,and interaction effect of hemoglobin,hematocrit,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion TCM directional transdermal therapy combined with pressurized cold therapy can effectively improve the postoperative blood loss situation of elderly pa-tients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type after hip arthroplasty,promote the recovery of hemoglobin and hematocrit of patients,and improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients.关键词
